Not meeting expectations Positive: Good location Negative: Customer service really bad. Check in and check out very inconvenient, you need to pick the keys in another place, 5 minutes from the apartment, no matter what time you leave and arrive. I found rubbish in the apartment when I arrived (including empty whisky bottles and Coke). They asked me 75 GBP extra prive when I asked if I could leave the bags 2 hours prior to check in.

Not happy Positive: The bed were alright Negative: No toilet rolls, the pipe is bursted. Horrible cleanliness. Place to get the key is too far.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Negative: The apartment is so so dirty, the smell in there was awful of damp, couldn’t open window because of the smell of weed coming in, Hairs on bedsheets, months of dust built up on skirting boards, stains all over walls, counters, cupboards, light switches etc. the bedsheets and throws for the beds were dirty and wrinkled, condom wrappers behind desk, nothing at all was cleaned or wiped down at all in this apartment. When I messaged the host I was completed ghosted. Still haven’t heard anything back.

Very good Positive: Plenty rooms and good location

Positive: The property was in a great location, the bedrooms were comfortable, I loved the fact that the washer and dryer were separate, lovely kitchen. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment as well! Negative: There’s ALOT of things I didn’t like about this property. First of all, hardly any toilet roll when there’s 4 of us, the bathrooms were horrible. The living room was freezing cold, that heating did not work properly in the room. The thing above the couch was so noisy, there was NO cable tv which I found crazy, all they had was Netflix and YouTube like not everyone only wants that? I called them to complain there was no cable TV and they said they had to buy a tv license and they had bought the wrong one and was waiting for the new one to be delivered. We were there for 2 nights and they never told me when they got the tv license. The good thing is I mentioned the bathroom in the bedroom was clogging badly and then the second main shower was extremely slippery snd the right dial for the temperature was not working properly, they didn’t hesitate to fix it. The bad thing also was the maintenance team who came to fix it, wet all of the toilet roll and damaged all of it so we had none left. Also they did NOT provide any soap, shampoo or conditioner. Which is extremely bizarre and shocking to me. Never ever have my family and I ever experienced that, I’ve been to other apartments and they always provide that for us. The living room was extremely uncomfortable the furniture was very hard as well. All I’m saying is the photos on booking.com looked beautiful and looked like the first day the apartment was complete. However when we went there lots of wear and tear which is understandable. The help line for the hosts it took a while for them to respond to me, yes I understand that everyone is busy but you mentioned to me anytime we needed anything just message or call.
