Positive: I loved the look of the house as it has potential Negative: The house needs a deep clean very dusty, whole house needs a freshen up with paint, sofa needs a good clean along side dining chairs they are very dirty. Couldn't store any ice as freezer was over frozen. Opened tea bag tin was greated with mouldy tea bags and rock hard sugar so glad I brought a few with me and sugar. Mugs in cupboard was dirty & chipped so we used disposable cups. Beds are rock hard we had hardly any sleep. I could go on.... I think its over priced for the condition it is in glad we only was in the house to put our heads down for work.

I wish I'd never booked Positive: Nothing Negative: Rude hosts, later check in then agreed, and had to wait around outside for over an hour. Very dirty premises, no appliances worked properly, hair and pubic hair in beds and bathrooms, dirty marks and stains on sheets and surfaces, rubbish and other unclaimed property in cupboards, outside and around premises. Charged extortionate amounts for a way below average premises. Would have been something if it was clean. Terrible hosts, terrible facilities, terrible location, and TERRIBLE cleanliness. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great location letdown by a few easy fixes. Positive: Good location easy to access property. Kitchen was decent Negative: Really long grass …. Made property look scruffy. One of the towels smelt damp. Missing glass on side table and the sofa was a little dilapidated. Hairdryer had no UK plug ? Overall cleanliness could’ve been better.

Very comfy house near Etihad stadium and coop live Positive: Clean and nicely presented. Looked like the photos. Very practical for a group or family. Easy to find and smooth check in. Owner responsive throughout booking process. Location good, 25 min walk into centre along canal. Negative: Only one parking space for a 9 bed house, surrounding area is permit holders only. (We found parking in a nearby travelodge car park.) Some areas of wear and tear needed attention to maintain standard. Owners were using the tumble dryer in the property for in-house laundry during our stay. Inconsistent info on the quiet hours among various documents was confusing and differed from original Booking advert.

Satisfactory Positive: Loved the location, owner was very helpful and allowed for an early check in due to travel and guests travelling from far away was always keen to help when needed and the facilities were great . Negative: Facilities did have a leak which when being reviewed we were told to continue using the bathroom facilities was told they were going to come back and repair when out doing our itinerary but never returned if we were staying longer I think we would’ve been given priority but I think because we were checking out the day after we weren’t seen as one. No one the morning of the check out wanted to shower in case of further damage to the property
