Jako kompenzace za výše popsané nám byl nabídnut pozdější check out (o 1 hod)- z mého pohledu naprosto neodpovídající si Positive: Komunikace s provozovateli byla dobrá, snažili se vyřešit situaci. Negative: Špinavé povlečení na všech postelích (cleaning service přišel až druhý den ráno)- vyprali jsme si tedy první večer sami…mrazák špinavý, zamražený. V sušičce ručníky po předchozích ubytovaných. Utěrka na nádobí nechutná. Chybělo nádobí pro všechny, tablety do myčky atd. ale to už byl jen detail.

Considering we found alternative accommodation I wouldn’t say it was a good experience Negative: We didn’t actually stay in this property. Upon check in we realised the place was so dirty and with 2 small kids with us we didn’t feel comfortable to let our kids sleep in the bed or use the shower. There was a stale smell and the sofa had stains on it. The cot that was there was broken so we couldn’t let our baby sleep in it anyway and he’s too small for a proper bed. We were in the house 1 hour and then we left to find other accommodation. The rubbish out the back was overflowing with recycling. The doors and walls had spill marks on them.

Nice but had issues with the bathroom doors as they didn’t lock so was worried about privacy Positive: Nice layout, cosy Negative: Bathroom/toilet doors didn’t lock
