Very disappointing - nothing like the pictures Positive: There is a park within walking distance Negative: I would strongly advise other guests to think twice before booking this property. Our experience was extremely disappointing and the property was nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property was poor, with stains on the sofa/bed, a sofa/bed that was damaged/broken, and generally disappointing maintenance and quality throughout. The property clearly appears much better in the photographs than it does in reality, which was very misleading. What made the experience even more disappointing was being charged £100 from our deposit for alleged damage after checkout. We only stayed at the property overnight and used it purely as accommodation. We did not misuse the property or carry out any activities that would have caused damage. We were extremely shocked to be held responsible for damage that we did not cause. For a property being advertised and charged at this level, I would expect it to be clean, well maintained and accurately represented in the photographs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The combination of the poor condition, stained and broken furniture, inadequate overall maintenance, misleading photographs and the disputed £100 damage charge left a very bitter impression of our stay. I would not stay here again and, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to others. Guests should be aware that the actual condition of the property may be very different from what is presented in the listing photographs.

Jako kompenzace za výše popsané nám byl nabídnut pozdější check out (o 1 hod)- z mého pohledu naprosto neodpovídající si Positive: Komunikace s provozovateli byla dobrá, snažili se vyřešit situaci. Negative: Špinavé povlečení na všech postelích (cleaning service přišel až druhý den ráno)- vyprali jsme si tedy první večer sami…mrazák špinavý, zamražený. V sušičce ručníky po předchozích ubytovaných. Utěrka na nádobí nechutná. Chybělo nádobí pro všechny, tablety do myčky atd. ale to už byl jen detail.
