Disappointed. Property has a lot of potential, but needs proper cleaning and replacing anything that’s worn or broken. Positive: Great location, easy drive to town and most places. Nice spacious house Negative: Needs better cleaning. Cupboard doors all had stains, bath anti slip mat covered in mould. Stains on sofa. Sofa seat had collapsed so not used, legs on stool had no screws so was actually dangerous. Think they need new cleaners. Bathroom door lock broken with just some tissue paper in the lock!

Great stay Positive: The location was perfect for our stay. Having a parking space too was ideal. Everything we needed for our short stay. Negative: Nothing to dislike. We felt comfortable.

Great house for events at Co-op Live or Games at Etihad Stadium Positive: Amazing location for Co-op live events! Walking distance and very close. Driveway to park your car safely a plus. House super clean and well equipped. Large TV and fast WiFi. Negative: I liked everything! Suggested the hosts to include some complimentary pods for the coffee machine, to add kitchen towels and kitchen roll in the kitchen and hand towels in bathroom/toilet.

Good location the rest was just deceitful and deceptive. Rather stay 5000 miles away next time and travel back and forth Positive: Location. Nothing else. Negative: The entrance and the shoddy brick work. The size of the property and the pictures that made the place look deceptively larger. The disgusting oven with black marks all over it and the horrible bath that leaks with the most disgusting bath matt that made you fell weezy. The couch bed which is just a couch and had no backing to it just extra pillows used to cover it up with the springs broken and was stained. The smell from the pillows and the blanket provided with no covers or bed pillows provided, considering it was described as a couch bed. The garden that I can extend my arms and reach both sides again made to look bigger using a diffent lens on the camera possibly with a 0.5 zoom. The spider webs everywhere and the spiders along with manny other bugs. The dirty skirting boards that had dust that seemed it had settled since the 20th century.
