Positive: Very comfy beds, had no problems sleeping at all! Road and surrounding area is calm and quiet

Positive: Nic. Negative: Ubytování ve starším domě. Starý koberec, špinavý záchod, plíseň ve sprše, nějaké pytle pod postelemi. V kumbálu s pračkou nevyprané prádlo (ručníky). Do tohoto ubytování bych se nevrátil.

Last minute booking based on proximity to University Open Day. Accused of wrongdoing spurious photos of gas canisters. £ Positive: Proximity to Manchester University where my son and friends attended the Open Day as prospective students. Negative: Scammed out of £500 taken from the account I used to pay the security deposit. I was sent a photo of boxes of nitrous oxide canisters outside the property and informed that there was also evidence of smoking in the house. When my son and friends arrived at the property the external bins were overflowing with drink cans and rubbish. They also reported a smell of marijuana in the house. Despite the 2 ring doorbells which one would presume would quickly identify the comings and goings with big boxes of a gas canisters these lads were falsely accused. They do not smoke or take drugs, some of them are elite athletes and they were in the property for a very short time. Have asked for evidence from camera footage which has not been forthcoming (obviously!) Awaiting dispute resolution through Booking.com. Seriously not pleased!
