Scandi Loft Style Apartment - Sleeps 6 -nr Airport

Great place, would happily stay again Positive: Amazing hosts, couldn't have been more helpful and the communication was perfect throughout including even checking that i'd got into the apartment okay and everything was fine, perfect location with a tram stop over the road and local shops like co-op next door but one and even a lovely Caribbean food place across the road which is well worth a visit Negative: It was such lovely loft apartment but having so many roof windows meant it was so hot even at night, a fan or some AC would make it the perfect place I think

False advertising of listing Positive: Looked decent on booking.com Negative: Be cautious, they changed the parking policy last minute. The listing originally advertised parking, but a week before our stay, it was updated to "no parking." When we asked about it, their responses kept changing first no parking, then limited 1-hour street parking, then a first-come-first-served spot near their bungalow, and finally a vague mention of a permit. They wanted to charge £30 a day for our dog. Since we were driving from Scotland and needed guaranteed parking, we had no choice but to find somewhere else, we requested a refund but they ignored us completely despite the misleading listing (which we have proof of). We requested a refund, The lack of transparency and refusal to refund was unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Buen apartamento, cómodo y limpio. Positive: Tiene buen tamaño, moderno y muy cómodo. Negative: La ducha, salía muy poca agua.

Very good location, clean rooms and space but some amenities can be improved. Positive: Clean and tidy apartment. Well situated with many cafes and shops nearby. Negative: Quite pessimistic to say the least but the remote control for the tv didn’t work properly so it was a pain changing the channel.

Very nice Convenient space which made me comfortable Positive: Very nice and simple property with great features. Was perfect place for what I needed. Negative: Nothing within the property was a problem however maybe just parking during the busy period was difficult to find as the property is on the main road, but besides that everything else was great
