Top tier communication
Positive: Very good stay, easy walk to etihad and only 8 min drive from station. Fantastic communication!
Negative: Nothing much to note - very creaky floorboard but not much can be helped there.

Great for coop live and Etihad stadium.
Positive: The area is great for attending events at the Etihad campus. Walkable to the city centre. Public transport connections are great too
Negative: A few small things - could have had more towels, back garden needs a little upgrading

Positive: Great house. Lovely space. Garden needed a spruce up, but not a problem. Plenty space. I would recommend for families and group bookings. Great pub at the end of the street. Not to be confused with the corner shop 🤣

Amazing stay and will come back again!
Positive: Great stay at this property. Communication with the property owners was really good, they kept in touch throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and more importantly the property was very clean. The location was also good.
Negative: We have no complains about anything during our stay

Positive: The host checked in regular, the property was good value for money and in a great area for activities and visiting family
Negative: Could do with a few more utensils for the kitchen and pans
Good to know
