Pool Table - Coop Live Arena, Etihad & City stay

Positive: The location was good and it felt like home Negative: Nothing to dislike

Avoid dishonest Positive: Booking.com process is very easy Negative: Upon arrival there was a broken vase sat on coffee table and I contacted them and they requested a email of photo, I was very conscious finding this as didn't want my children being cut, Later on discovered a broken bed and the maid had still made bed up to look not broken but it's very broken,luckily i found a tesco shopping basket in there cupboard that i was able to wedge the frame of the bed up to allow us to use it as it was the whole rail on the floor with a couple of slats broken aswell.again I emailed them photos and there was 6 of us staying yet only 3 forks in the property all round I felt let down, and to top it off they charged my credit card for the broken item and now I can't get messages through but spoke on phone earlier and just been throbbed off, Overall the property is nice but let down by not being looked after well and having staff that clearly don't walk round with open eyes or take pride in ensuring that everything is in good working order prior to someone's arrival, the location suited us, and hopefully I can resolve the payment they have taken, my photos have a time stamp on my phone and we have arrival time and first contact was within minutes of arrival,

Positive: Nothing Negative: AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! The central heating wasn't working. I have contacted the property management and they sent a video on how to turn the heating on. The house was 17 degrees and I couldn't accommodate there . I am not a plumber to fix the boiler which was broken down Now they refuse to refund me as I didn't stay there Also, booking.com is not helping me to recover my money They gave me £72 as compensation Ridiculous

Recommended - would stay again Positive: Excellent location for Etihad. Clean and spacious for 4. Comfortable beds. Would stay again. Negative: Pool table is a nice idea, but we couldn't play properly as no chalk provided, so take your own if you want to play. Could have done with cleaning products to clean worktops down before we left, ie wipes/kitchen roll. Also perhaps a tea towel in the kitchen.

Positive: Location Negative: Could have done with some tea towels to dry cutlery other wise everything good , may be pack about property i.e instructions on how to work heating system
