Pool Table - Coop Live Arena, Etihad & City stay

!Please be extremely careful with your deposit if you stay here! Positive: The house itself was basic but fine and we generally enjoyed the stay up until the point of checkout. The pool table is a cheap little thing but provided some entertainment. Negative: I have never left a negative review before, but I feel I must warn others about the extortionate and predatory charging practices here. We were charged £250 for a single stain, one IKEA wine glass, and a 10-minute late checkout. To put that in perspective, we booked two nights at a luxury hotel after for less than that "fee." Most concerningly, we received the text notification that we were being charged £250 while the cleaning crew was still sitting in their vehicle outside the property, before they had even entered to conduct an inspection. This suggests the charge was premeditated and not based on actual "specialist" costs. The house was poorly equipped with budget items, yet the host is charging "luxury restoration" prices for minor accidents. While we were happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee for the stain, a £250 penalty for basic items and a minor delay is absolute audacity. !!!Please be extremely careful with your deposit if you stay here; the host seems to look for any excuse to levy massive, unsubstantiated fines!!!

Horrible stay Positive: Location decent, parking free Negative: The house was not clean, the cleaners need to do a better job, we had to clean parts ourselves as they were too dirty. The walls need a lick of paint and carpet a professional clean/replacement, whole house needs some tlc. Unfortunately heating wasn’t working properly during our stay in winter and no one available to fix the problem for the two nights we were there, their solution was sending videos showing how to work the heating but this wouldn’t solve the issue. 1 working lamp between all rooms so walking in the dark at night when needing to use the toilet. The worst place I have stayed!! Would not recommend.
