Coop Arena & Etihad - Free Parking - Pool Table

Nice home close to Etihad stadium. Positive: Location was perfect, close to Etihad Stadium. Maybe 8-10 minutes walk. We went for 2 matches of Man City. Tesco Express is in walking distance. There is children playground in area. Bus stop is near Etihad Stadium. The house was big enough for 5 people. We had dishwasher and washer. Big bonus was tabletennis. There is tub, shower and 3 toilets. Host communicated with us during whole stay, when we had quenstions. E.g. we didn't know how to start hot water. Great value for money, sice we stayed for 5 nights and the price was much better than I originally could imagine. Negative: Some of the furniture should be updated. Also inventory should be checked. We only had 1 fork. We had maybe 15 knives and spoons. It say for 9 people, I can't really imagine 9 people there, since beds are small. One of the beds was broken, and we would have problem, if all 6 of us came. For 5 of us, it was good enough. We reported broken bed, but it was not fixed during our stay. Beds are small. In one room there is bed for 1 person, in other 3 there are beds 120-150cm in width. So with bed fixed, I can image 6, max 7 people there.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Positive: We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made check-in really easy. The location was perfect—very central, making it easy to get around Manchester and travel to all the trips and activities we had planned. The kids loved the pool table, which was a great bonus. The house was ideal for our group of eight girls, with three toilets and two bathrooms, so everyone could get ready without feeling overcrowded. Having an iron and ironing board available was also really helpful, and everything in the property was straightforward and easy to use. There was an Asda just a 10-minute walk away, which made picking up anything we needed really convenient. Negative: Nothing

Great stay, owner was responsive. I’d stay again! Positive: Good property, good location plus parking Negative: One room was tiny, but very minor discomfort

Bed was broken, one shower’s hot water didn’t work, main water heater didn’t work, one room was too small for the closet/cabinet to even open, minimal towels available, no shampoo or bath soap, and grass and weeks were almost two feet tall. Host was generally responsive but this way too much to deal with on a short stay.
