Excellent ! Positive: L’emplacement ! Idéal pour aller voir Manchester city 10 min à pied ! 15 min en voiture du centre ville ! Le quartier et parfait pas de bruit rien à dire ! Negative: La wifi ne fonctionnait pas

Do not use if you want your deposit back Positive: Location is good for venue Negative: We were unfairly charged for “ruined duvets” due to a small dark mark on one cover. Trying to charge us 130 pounds for 2 duvets needing washed. Used bedsheets are not damage

Good enough but some things need improving Positive: The hosts were very friendly and check in instructions were timely and easy to follow which was very helpful. The hosts were very responsive for the most part and the house was in a great location for getting into central Manchester and walking back from the Co Op live arena which is why we booked. The house on the whole was clean and in a nice quiet area and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Negative: There were some issues, such as the sofa bed in the lounge being broken, so one of us had to sleep on the lounge floor on the mattress and cushions which was not ideal. Had there been 10 of us 2 people would have had nowhere to sleep. The beds were hard but for 2 nights this was not the end of the world, however the curtains in the rooms are very thin and light came into every bedroom. Feels as though some things have been done quickly without much consideration for actual use. We had to ask where the sheets were for the sofa beds as these were not left out, the hosts responded quickly however asked us if these were in the dryer which they weren't, we had to go through bags of laundry in a cupboard but were unsure if these were ready to use or old. Some things were broken e.g. the kitchen bin, which is not an issue but being charged a holding deposit of £250 for damages and then things being broken is not a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! Definitely would book again Positive: We had an amazing stay! All the attention to detail from our hosts was brilliant, the rooms were so comfy and the house was so spacious. As soon as we came in, it was warm and cosy. Absolutely loved the pool table! Amenities were brilliant Negative: The only thing missing was sugar/sweetener
