Great location, clean and spacious Positive: It is spacious and it was clean and the pool table is a nice touch. Location was perfect and enough road parking. Communicate was also clear and enjoyed the quick responses! Negative: Although the photos are similar, it seemed AI’d quite abit. Maybe abit of TLC would do abit of goodness for the property. The instruction to do with check in is incorrect. The key box shown on check-in and the code correlated with it is wrong. I did have to ring up and they gave me the correct code. I think the codes are swapped and just need to be corrected which is a quick fix.

Terrible Positive: not much. Negative: area was a council estate known for gang violence, very dangerous, gang members hanging on corners. they accused us of smoking in the property even though I showed time and dated images of before and after to prove I left it the same way I found they stole the deposit without evidence and extracted extra money from my bank. there was no body to check us, the person on the phone spoke poor English didn't get access to the property until 40 mins after check in time. do not book this place.

Positive: Convenient place not far from the main city centre in a cab Negative: Nothing

Couldn’t enter as was given the wrong door code. Tried for ages to enter but couldn’t. The images showcase a nice place Positive: Firstly on check in instruction they left me a code and directions which did not work, I tried for an hour to open the door lock code with the code they provided. The property is in a very very rough area only picture only show the inside only and make out as through the property is in the city centre, however it’s not. It’s in a very ghetto like area, with gangs of youth around the streets. I have video to show myself trying to access the property via their code for an hour which didnt work and whilst I could not get in my car was scratched and spat on when I returned, horrendous Negative: Everything about this process and property was horrible

Avoid Positive: That we were only there for 2days and not any longer Negative: The location, was in the middle of a housing estate didn't state this online. Wasn't very clean could do with a refurb- ripped carpet top of the stairs which was a hazard. Shower was in a tiny cupboard
