Spacious 4bd 3.5bt - Etihad COOP -Cinema PoolTable

Negative: the house was very outdated, the master bedroom bed was rock hard, the skirting boards have never been cleaned, to be honest the full house is poorly cleaned, there was stains on the bedsheets, marks on the floor and the kitchen floor was sticky. they state they have a pool table & dart board yet the pool table is unstable & cues are barely useable same with the darts. The blind downstairs didn’t work and the downstairs toilet flush didn’t work. It was a group of 12 of us and they’ve taken the £250 deposit as we left “too much rubbish” even though we bagged it up and left in the kitchen which was stated to do so on the check out instructions! As a group of 12 spending a weekend there eating & having a drink for my boyfriends birthday they claimed it was a breach and having an event? so is the same as in a hotel just because you put a few decorations up and have a drink is this classed as throwing an event? Do they expect you to book a house for 12 and sit doing nothing in it and have no rubbish? Also a waste of time paying for early check in as they let us know half hour before it would be ready when we live 2 hours away. i was wary of booking with the bad reviews only did last minute due to there been nothing else!
