Positive: The property was quite very spacious, located in a very lovely area. Proximity to local convenience stores and bus stops. Transportation was quite very easy. The kitchen was beautiful with laundry facilities. The garden was excellent with fruit trees. The property was well designed with modern facilities. The only downside while I gave 9 out 10 was because we couldn't open one of the bedroom windows, and that bedroom was very hot over the night. However, due to busy busy holiday fun, we did not have time to report it while we were there. Otherwise, I believed it could have been fixed. Overall, it was a great experience for us. Negative: The location, the modern facilities in the property - the kitchen, garden, stable wired fire with great connection, the property was very clean, etc From there, we went to blackpool Beach and different attractive places in Manchester. It was a remarkable holiday. The children had a lot of fun.

Had a lovely few days with family! Positive: It was very lovely, clean house, facilities were fantastic, the host was very good, quick response to queries, and also made sure we were comfortable with everything, highly recommend, everything went smoothly.

Would stay again if needed to book for a group stay in Manchester Positive: Clean, comfortable beds, size of property and location Negative: Not enough dining chairs and only 1 dart for the dartboard.

Positive: Great size and really chilled Negative: I had a frustrating experience with this stay. We were almost charged for damages that were clearly pre-existing — specifically, holes in the wall caused by the dartboard. It felt like the host was trying to profit by blaming guests for things that were already there. Thankfully, we had actually taken the dartboard down early on to keep it away from the kids, so we knew for certain no damage was caused during our stay. Despite this, the host was persistent in trying to charge us, which was stressful and felt unfair. In the end, the charge was refunded, but the whole situation left a bad impression. Would be very cautious if you’re considering booking here.
