You have to follow directions to a service station and if you are not familiar and come late it is a hassle. No towels; there were wet towels in a dryer. I had to go o a nearby Sainsbury and by towels just got inbefor3e 11pm closing time. No hot water in the morning only available in the evening after 3 days they sent me a video to to reset the timer. Apparently heater heat set from 5pm to mid night. by morning its cold Dryer not working. Again several calls made to get it sorted. On day we were leaving they wanted to know if we wanted maintenance sent! Finally the remote control to the carpark did not work on penultimate day. I had to pay GBP2 to get a new battery fixed. Should get my money refunded even 50%
