Never again. I have tried to complain and have received no response. Positive: Nothing! Place was filthy. Was really bad. Was very close to Etihad stadium and co-op arena Negative: It was very dirty. Sofa was ripped. Floors were filthy. Kitchen wasn’t clean. Worktops were dirty as were the cupboards. Shower leaked into the roof downstairs and the carpet in the hallway outside of the bathroom got soaked every time you used the shower. I could go on….. the place was really bad. A maintenance man turned up unannounced whilst we were at the properly which was not good. Had I left my teenage daughter and dog alone in the house; they would have been extremely anxious by a stranger coming in and my husband and I were very unimpressed that this happened whilst we were staying although it was a good job we were in!

Perfect Positive: The location, clean environment Negative: The little things like sugar, tea bags were missing. we only had one toilet paper before others were brought later. One of the bedroom blinders was not working, we had to improvise a curtain using a towel. Again the tiniest noice you would get an email saying the amount of noise is unacceptable. I guess it should be a quiet house, no noise at all.Other than that, everything else was fine. I would recommend

Very nice stay but a few upgrades in rooms will be ideal Positive: Space for 2 cars at drive away, clean and fresh. Had all facilities just had vaccum, pots pans plates, washing facilities etc. very good location for us 15 mins away from arndale centre, 30 mins from Trafford centre. Negative: Low beds in all rooms, shower pressure low. Mattress is very soft not ideal for big people like myself over 6ft and 130kg in weight. No big mirrors in bedrooms only small face size mirrors.
