Fantastic location if visiting the Etihad. Positive: Location right next to Etihad can’t be beaten. Off road parking. Owners checked how we doing and quick reply to query. Negative: Lack of sockets in the bedroom. Only 1 double other side of room to the bed in 2 of the bedrooms. Only 1 mirror in the whole property downstairs in the hall. 1 towel only per person upstairs. No towel in downstairs toilet. No tea towels or oven gloves in the kitchen only a flannel. Queried with the owners who said they would be delivered the next day when we had left.

Location! Location! Location! Positive: We specifically booked this property because of its location. Literally across the road from The Ethiad Stadium Negative: The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lack of mirrors. Only one mirror in whole house and that was in downstairs hallway however, we did not let it affect our stay in any way.

Positive: My daughter was attending a concert so location was perfect . Negative: The noise sensor is very sensitive ,the door banged and it went off. House wasn't very clean could be doing with a deep clean , felt very uncomfortable the whole stay the noise sensor is in the livingroom above the t v ,so if your hard of hearing and need the t.v louder then this can trigger noise sensor .

Ideal for our use, great location and good value. Positive: Location was ideal for us. The area was safe and pleasant. The pool table was a great addition and passed the time for us. The hosts even checked to see that everything was ok for us. We would definately book this accomodation in the future. Negative: No complaints from our side.
