Positive: Location Size

Great location with some room for improvement Positive: Location and off-street parking were ideal for exploring Manchester. Having 3 double beds worked well for our family, and the living/dining room space could fit us all easily. Negative: While it was nice to know all the laundry was cleaned, we didn’t appreciate that it was all left wet in the washing machine - the hosts did advise we could leave it to one side in order to use the machine ourselves but we couldn’t just leave a pile of wet laundry to be dealt with after our stay so we dried it ourselves. The water pressure in the shower was poor, though it was plenty warm enough. And the bedroom blinds were broken and missing wands, so hard to adjust - not ideal when you need to ensure the rooms are dark so little ones sleep-in to a reasonable time.

Quiet and comfortable property Positive: Quiet estate , very near Etihad stadium , only 6 mins walk to the stadium , a good house for family of 4-6 , the pool table is a plus point Negative: The bathtub need a good scrub , shower low pressure and temperature is in consistent

In hindsight, I wish I chose another property… Positive: The parking space provided And nothing else! Negative: Almost everything. Very worn out property. The property is in need of modernisation. The were leak marks on the ceiling, there was a smell on the carpet, sofa’s contained a smoke / body odour smell. Electrical items in the kitchen were almost worn out. Not a very nice area. At night times you could hear drunkards hanging about near these set of properties and causing a noise disturbance. There was two small box fitting on the ceiling downstairs which may be CCTV installed inside the property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY WHATSOEVER. I had to also chase up my deposit refund request to only receive a very sassy email from the host.
