Positive: Location perfect for gig at the Co Op Live. Adjacent to Etihad Stadium for Man City games and about 8mins walk from Co Op Live venue. Quiet neighbourhood and good communication. Also gentle warning from Minut when noise levels were too high (inevitable with 2 teenagers who were enjoying themselves) but helpful to be reminded. Boys loved pool table Negative: Unfortunately cleanliness on arrival was a significant issue. Didnt "feel" clean. Had to re-clean surfaces, microwave and bathroom, kitchen utensils were not clean so did not want to use. Need to replace kitchen scourers after each visit/stay. Took photos of some minor damage prior to our arrival for records (e.g. pedal on bin broken). Again communication very good as we could send on arrival and raised the cleanliness issue to ensure we retained our deposit. Just attention to detail needed.

Positive: We went to see our first mancity game and the accommodation is literally beside the stadium. The house was clean and tidy.Bus stop 2 minutes walk away.
