Pristine Old Trafford & City 2BD 2BT Apt - Balcony

Positive: Good apartment. Spacious ideal for family stay. Negative: Bed Mattress were hard. Internet connection poor.

Stay away! Positive: I don’t think there’s anything to wow Negative: Full address was not shared and the Google Map pin was at least 0.2 miles away - added to my hassle in finding the address + extra taxi cost. Mattresses were as hard as a rock. Bathrooms mouldy. Duvet cover didn’t even fit the duvet. No one from CEFAS (company) responded to my calls/msg - we had issues with no hot water and stayed like that 2 days - managed on our own with alternative solution. Reception guy told me this prop is not for short lets and that the company doing this is in breach of their policy - I’ve no way to verify this.

A few tweaks and could be amazing Positive: The location was great and suited what we needed. The layout of the accommodation was great and spacious. Just found it a little difficult to find, need to add that the building is tucked behind another building and isn't directly where you collect the fob. Negative: The mattresses were extremely hard. We had no WiFi or TV during our stay. The pans in the kitchen have no handles attached. The main bathroom floor was covered in long hairs.

Exceptionally kind hosts. Very clean, beds were uncomfortable. Positive: The hosts were wonderful. They were extremely kind and courteous and quick to respond to any queries. The apartment was pristinely clean and modern, the area was lovely and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby and a bus stop for those who don't drive. Overall we would be thrilled to stay again. Negative: The beds were extremely firm. While this is a preference for some, we found it difficult to get a good quality of sleep. As it was summer, we slept on top of the duvet and used the blankets provided for some extra comfort.
