Negative: They have an alarm system to detect noise right under the kitchen table which constantly goes off even when you’re just talking and playing games with family/friends. Got a charge for a small stain even though I had paid the £39 full cover before then they reimbursed me after I said something, but they should never have removed the money out of my account in the first place. TV was on place mats, not a stand. Washing was left in machine which they had asked about leaving prior, originally I didn’t mind but then once everything had happened I just thought in general it wasn’t really good enough. Sad really as location was good.

Positive: Logement pratique et conforme à l’annonce. La maison est spacieuse et le check-in est simple. L’emplacement est un vrai plus, surtout pour se rendre facilement à pied à l’Etihad Stadium et à la Co-op Live Arena. Bon choix pour un séjour court à Manchester. Negative: L'isolation de la maison pourrait être un peu meilleure

Excellent place in a safe area Positive: This place is very close to Co-op Live and the Etihad Stadium, located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a pub just a short walk away. Before my arrival, I had quite a few questions, and they were answered patiently and in great detail. The house was in excellent condition, and the TV included all major streaming subscriptions. There’s free parking available, and the space is large enough for a big 4x4 vehicle. The tram stop is about 15 minutes away, and Manchester Piccadilly Station is around a 30-minute walk — overall, very convenient for the price.
