Truly a haven of rest Positive: This is a nice and cosy home away from home, with lots of toilets rooms. It is located in a nice area with free parking on the house driveway. Located literally behind Manchester city stadium for the fans. It had everything you need, including entertainment TV, big fridge with freezer, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. There is a big Asda shop 8mins away by car. The host are lovely, providing instructions and prompt response. It is worth mentioning there is an identification process with ID and selfie check to complete before getting check-in instructions. I assume it is for security reasons. I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Liverpool. Negative: Nothing

Amazing location for Ethiad Stadium, comfortable and clean stay Positive: It was easy to communicate with the property owner which was really helpful. Negative: I didn't received a code but fortunately a maintenance guy was at the property when we arrived. The showers weren't great.

We had a great stay for the family with children. Good price and location for us. Would stay again. Positive: It was very nice and welcoming. A home from home almost. Nice and clean. Comfortable sofa and beds. Plenty or dishes and cups/ glasses which we find a problem usually with bookings. Negative: The bedroom in the middle has a double bed and bedside cabinet by the door which obstructs entrance. You have to climb on the bed to get into the room.

Mauvais logement, pas du tout conforme à l’annonce. Positive: La localisation dans un quartier calme et plutôt spacieux. Negative: Le mobilier est vieux et sale (le canapé est taché, le meuble télé, la table de la cuisine etc. Sont abîmés et usés), les moquettes sont sales. J’ai retrouvé des draps et serviettes mouillés dans la machine à laver et le sèche-linge. Mes draps ne sentaient pas tous le frais (notamment les taies d’oreiller). Les espaces extérieurs n’étaient pas entretenus, il y avait des déchets et aucun mobilier de jardin pour en profiter. Les fenêtres et rideaux étaient cassés pour la plupart et donc les possibilités d’aération très faibles. Par dessus tout, les hôtes n’ont fait aucun effort pour améliorer le problème pendant mon séjour ou en tenir compte. Clairement, les photos de l’annonce utilisent des filtres, la maison est moins jolie que ça.
