Freezing cold inside in december Positive: It was walking distance to Ethiad stadium. It was nicely decorated. Negative: When we arrived there was an issue with the deposit. It hadnt gone through despite getting confirmation from both booking.com and the place that everything was in order. Instead of calling us so we could fix it, they sent the janitor, who accused us of breaking and entering, and threatened to call security to throw us out. Then they made a child wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes, despite us fixing the issue within minutes. Once we came inside, it was 15 degrees inside. We tried fixing it, but did not work. We asked for assistanse, and had to wait over an hour for the janitor to come. He was unable to fix it, and said a specialist had to come fix it. We waited for a specialist, Instead they emailed some instructions. They did not work, as the system was locked for changes. We asked for assistanse again, and they just sent the same instructions. We gave up, since it was now late and we had no food. It was 14 degrees when we left, and there was no hot water.
