Good location, but not for families
Positive: The location was great ideal for the co op arena or Etihad tram stop was close too
Negative: No black out blinds in the main bedroom. Not very child friendly there was so much decorations about and things for toddlers to play with shelf in the front room nearly took her eye out. Back yard was littered with cigarette butts and a couple of lighters left lying around. Shower filled up if you used the big shower head as the drain wasn’t capable of draining. Neighbours created a lot of noise and at one point it felt targeted as a group gathered outside. Discarded electrical items from replacing fittings left lying around and loose fittings. Electrical wires for tv and WiFi left loose and untidy just not really child friendly.
